On February 24, Supervisory Council of JSC Olainfarm has appointed Mr. Olegs Grigorjevs as the new Board Member of the Company. By mutual agreement, Ms. Marjana Ivanova- Jevsejeva has resigned from position of Board Member of JSC Olainfarm.

Olegs Grigorjevs previously held a position of Director of Commercial Department of JSC Olainfarm, having more than 20 years of experience in chemical and pharmaceutical sector. Mr. Grigorjevs joined Olainfarm in 2001. His previous career included sales units of Aroma Ltd. (1996 – 2000) and Grif Ltd. (2000 – 2001). Olegs Grigorjevs has a degree in Economics from Moscow Institute of Communications and Informatics. Mr. Grigorjevs owns no shares of JSC Olainfarm.
